LOLLAPALOOZA x VDF Cocktails - Wine Starts a Revolution!
On July 18, 19 and 20, 2025, the Hippodrome de Longchamp hosted one of the most eagerly awaited music events of the year: Lollapalooza Paris. Three days of celebration, music and encounters… and a new feature that left a lasting impression: a one-of-a-kind kiosk entirely dedicated to VDF Cocktails.
With its French bistro vibe reimagined in electric blue, the Vin De France Cocktails stand instantly caught the eye of festival-goers. Open to the outside, friendly and welcoming, it offered a true oasis of freshness in the middle of the festival buzz. But above all, it delivered an innovative experience: wine-based cocktails served on tap for greater accessibility.
A VDF Discovery That Won Over the Whole Festival Crowd!
From day one, the excitement was palpable. Visitors flocked to the kiosk, intrigued by this original offering. Used to drinking beer at festivals, many were discovering wine in cocktail form for the very first time. And the gamble paid off in a big way.
As the hours went by, thousands of glasses were served, featuring recipes designed to be light, low in sugar and easy to recreate at home. The response was unanimous: a breath of fresh air and modernity was sweeping through the world of wine, winning over Gen Z, always on the lookout for something new, as well as influencers, specialist journalists and wine lovers who came to give it a try.
In just three days, nearly 4,000 cocktails were enjoyed. A performance that reflects the enthusiasm sparked by this bold and accessible format, which shakes up the traditional codes of wine drinking.
Vin De France: French Touch Meets French Tap!
Since 2020, VDF Cocktails have been exploring new ways to enjoy wine. The idea is simple: to offer a modern, friendly and creative alternative that fits naturally into moments of sharing. Lollapalooza confirmed that this approach appeals to a new generation of consumers who are more curious, more open-minded and drawn to lighter, less sugary drinks.
Through this experience, the Vin De France designation has shown that it knows how to move with the times, reinventing itself through more playful ways of serving wine without ever losing its authenticity. The proof: cocktails served on tap, with an unmistakably French Touch identity.
This adventure would not have been possible without the invaluable collaboration of the elbump! agency, which imagined and designed this open kiosk, and the support of Schoen 1952, the festival's official wholesaler. But above all, the real success lies with the thousands of festival-goers who took part in this extraordinary experience, proving that wine can surprise and bring people together far beyond its usual circles.
