VDF pimps your movie nights!

Ready for back-to-back Netflix? Vin De France is putting those classic Sunday night movie evenings right back up there with the favourites by suggesting some French Touch versions. Get a taste of the new series out by pairing French varietals with some scrumptious recipes.

Meet Andréa, Gabriel, Hervé, Camille, Mathias and our other fave characters from the series Call my agent! Reach for a glass of Vin de France Grenache with its rounded, spicy, satisfying flavours. It makes the perfect match for a spicy beef tartare.

So my TV dinner is… beef tartare, thyme and olive breadsticks, some baby spinach leaves, sautéed potatoes and to finish on a sweet note, some panacotta.

Did you dig Omar Sy as a modern day Arsène Lupin too? Until Season 2 comes out, why not get a great TV dinner ready with a Merlot de France then just sit back, enjoy Season 1 again and savour that moreish varietal?!

So my TV dinner is… cheese puffs with taramasalata, lamb osso bucco, macaroni cheese and a really indulgent three-chocolate mousse.

Let’s organise a girly evening watching The Hook Up Plan with loads of nibbles served with a Viognier de France – aka the perfect balance between exuberance, roundness and intense aromatics.

So my TV dinner is… mini Caesar salads, mini hamburgers with some French fries, mini bagels with salmon and nachos. And for dessert, grab that doughnut!

Expect the unexpected in The Bureau with its undercover world of secret agents – and whilst you do so, discover the amazing flavours of Syrah de France. With its really delicate, velvety tannins and its black fruit and violet notes it will enhance the exotic foods in your TV dinner with their Oriental accents.

So my TV dinner is…  Lhassa crisps, Cantonese steamed dumplings, Hong Kong sautéed prawns, Shanghai rice and some sweet delicacies from Beijing.
