Mix it up

Ingredients  

  • 2/3 de VDF Rouge, for example Vin de France Pinot Noir
  • 1/3 Tonic Water
  • 1.5 cl rose syrup
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  1. Cool your glass with a few ice cubes and pour the rose syrup into the bottom of the glass, about 1.5 cl
  2. Add 2/3 cl of Red VDF, for example Vin De France Pinot Noir
  3. Top up your cocktail with 1/3 Tonic Water
  4. Stir vigorously to combine the flavours. 
  5. To add a touch of freshness to your cocktail, top with a few fresh mint leaves.
  6. You’re all set! Just sit back and enjoy your Red and Roses.
