  • 40 g of melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1/2 package of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 70 g of bacon
  • 35 g grated Gruyere
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Freshly milled pepper
  • In a salad bowl, mix the butter, the egg, the flour mixed with the yeast, the oil, the salt, a few turns of the pepper mill.

    Then add the diced bacon, the gruyere and the pine nuts. Mix.

    Fill the madeleines molds, after having taken care to butter them beforehand (for silicone molds, it is not necessary to butter them).

    Put in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 10 minutes; the madeleines must be golden and cooked inside.
