Laughing Cow® tzatziki and fried sweet potatoes

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Deep frying oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 300 g Laughing Cow®
  • Pepper
  • Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into large chips.

    Fry in deep fryer at 180 °C for around 5 min. Keep hot in oven.

    Peel the cucumber and remove its seeds.

    Mix the cucumber with the Laughing Cow®, making sure there are small pieces of cucumber in the mixture.

    Add pepper.

    Serve the tzatziki in verrine glasses with the fried sweet potatoes.
